About

Catitude was started in 2010 by Bonnie Lewis, local artist with one goal in mind: make art accessible to everybody.

Our nonprofit began with two programs, one for high school students and one for senior citizens.

 

 School-aged students can attend classes teaching real world skills to break into the art world for college with a solid portfolio.

 

 Older students, some with no art experience, learn the foundations of different art mediums to express themselves.  In 2017 we began our Mural Mentorship program to teach teenagers and young adults to paint large-scale projects. The programs uphold the C.A.T. standards; Community, Arts, and Team. 

 

We strive to uphold our core values in everything we do to enrich the local communities of Arizona.
