About the event
Most people view Realism as the ultimate form of art because it takes more skill, precision and time. Alternatively, abstract art has no recognizable subject and represents a lot of things in everyday life. It is considered the most complex form of art since the evolution of Cubism. Sondra Stanley’s course, “Abstract Design from Nature /Abstract Realism”, is designed to stimulate senior citizen’s imagination and promote thought. This is accomplished by learning how to see the elements of abstract art consisting of shapes, colors, and lines from a different perspective. The result is a creation of individual style. Class is held in partnership with Catitude Arts. $25 material fee payable to “Catitude Arts” cash, check or card.
